Label Printing Terms

Terms and Conditions for Label Printing

  1. Approval of Artwork

    • All artwork must be reviewed and approved by the customer before printing. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details, including design, colours, text, and dimensions, are correct.
    • Once the artwork is approved, no further changes can be made.
  2. Refunds and Cancellations

    • Due to the custom nature of printed labels, no refunds or cancellations can be provided once the artwork has been approved and sent to print.
    • If you wish to cancel your order prior to artwork approval, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of production.
  3. Reprints and Errors

    • If there is a printing error caused by us (e.g., incorrect dimensions, misprints, or defects), we will gladly reprint the order at no additional cost.
    • We do not take responsibility for errors in the approved artwork, such as typos, incorrect colours, or design flaws, as approval of the artwork confirms that the customer accepts it as-is.
  4. Delivery and Lead Times

    • Lead times for label printing will vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Colours and Finishes

    • While we make every effort to match colours and finishes accurately, slight variations may occur due to differences in materials, printers, and production processes.
    • Metallic, matte, clear, and other finishes may appear differently on-screen versus in print.
  6. Label Use and Application

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the labels are suitable for their intended use, including adhesion to specific packaging materials and durability under certain conditions (e.g., waterproof or oil-proof requirements).
    • We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage or application of the labels.
  7. Intellectual Property

    • The customer guarantees that all designs provided for label printing do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any order containing illegal or inappropriate content.
  8. Communication and Support

    • We will communicate with customers via their preferred method (e.g., WhatsApp or email) to discuss designs, requirements, and approvals.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to respond promptly to avoid delays in production and delivery.
  9. Liability

    • Our liability is limited to the cost of the labels ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from errors or delays in production or delivery.
