Delivery Times
At Witches Lab Professional, every order is carefully made to your specifications. Because of this, delivery and manufacturing times can vary depending on the product, our current production schedule, and the time of year.
Samples: Usually take 1–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product.
Cuticle pens: Typically ready within 2–4 weeks, though this may extend during peak times.
Custom/private label projects: Can take 2–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.
General lead time: Orders can take anywhere from 1–8 weeks in total.
We will always keep you updated on your order and let you know if there are any unexpected delays. Transparency is important to us, and we promise we work as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
As a small business, our busiest time is the last quarter of the year (especially around Black Friday and Christmas), which can extend lead times. If your order is time-sensitive, please get in touch before placing it so we can give you the most accurate timeline.

Halloween themed pens , Black Friday and Christmas are yours and our busiest time of the whole year. Our work loads drastically increases in the lead up to October. Please get your seasonal orders in place .. yesterday !! I am suggesting you start thinking about this around Late July to make sure we can get everything in place for your best selling months. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to shift lots and lots of products in these crucial business months.

Refunds
As all products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once your order has been confirmed.
Specific ingredients, packaging, and labels are purchased exclusively for your order, and therefore costs cannot be recovered.
If you are particular about fragrances or scents, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure you are happy before committing to a full order.

Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
Once we have placed orders for legal documents (such as CPSRs), these costs are non-refundable.
If you have approved your artwork/label design and it has been sent to print, we are unable to cancel or refund that part of your order.
