Private Label Sunbed Cream – Low Minimum Launch Opportunity

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to launch your own branded sunbed cream with one of the lowest minimum order quantities available in the UK. It has been created specifically for salon owners and sunbed businesses who want to get started quickly without committing to large volumes. Our sunbed cream is a majority water-based lotion designed to feel lightweight, fast absorbing and professional on the skin. It contains L-Tyrosine to support the tanning process and Beta Carotene, alongside skin-conditioning ingredients to help maintain hydration during sunbed sessions.

The price is £5.83 per unit excluding VAT. Minimum order quantity is 200 units.

How it works

-Place your order via our website and leave your contact number at checkout. 

-Let us know in the comments box at checkout which fragrance option you would like to use. You can choose between fragrance free, which is ideal for sensitive skin, Almond, or Coconut. Other fragrance options may be possible at an additional cost.

-You will be contacted via WhatsApp within one to three working days, where we will discuss your branding and graphic design. Once artwork has been approved, please allow approximately four to six weeks for production and delivery. You will have ongoing support and contact with us via WhatsApp throughout the entire order process.

What’s included

Your order includes 200 sun bed creams, which can be split across up to two scents. We currently offer fragrance free, Almond and Coconut as standard. Other scents may be possible at an additional cost. If you require more than 200 units, please contact us for a custom quote.

We offer a wide range of bottle colours, including black, gold, pink and white. Other colours may be available and can be discussed during the branding and design stage.

Graphic design is fully included. Your branding will be UV printed directly onto the bottles for a highly professional, premium finish. An MSDS with your logo will be provided, and you will receive full support via WhatsApp throughout the order process.

Compliance and responsibility

This product is made in the UK and is UK and EU cosmetic compliant. We act as the Responsible Person for this product. The label will state: Made exclusively for YOUR BRAND, Unit 14 Little Ridge, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 2BH. Our address must be listed as the manufacturer, but Witches Lab will not be named anywhere on the product for your discretion.

Shelf life

The shelf life is 36 months unopened and 12 months once opened.

This is a majority water-based sunbed lotion formulated with L-Tyrosine and Beta Carotene and Glycerine.

This product has been formulated with a professional clinic and sunbed environment in mind.

Unlike many sunbed creams, this formula contains a carefully balanced emulsifier system that allows the oils to disperse and lift away when cleaned with standard water-based or alcohol-based cleaning sprays. This means the product does not cling stubbornly to acrylic surfaces or smear across the bed during clean-down.
