Our Custom Sunbed Cream Sample Pack is designed for salon owners, tanning businesses and beauty brands who want to create a unique private label sunbed cream before committing to a full production run.

This sample pack allows you to test your own bespoke formulation, compare texture and fragrance options, and ensure the finished product aligns with your brand requirements before proceeding with bulk manufacture.

What's Included

You will receive three 50ml sample jars of your custom sunbed cream formulation.

Each sample can be customised based on the options selected below and will be supplied in plain white sample jars clearly marked for evaluation purposes.

About The Base Formula

All samples are created using our professional UK-manufactured sunbed cream base formula containing:

Aqua (Water), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Vitis Vinifera (Grape Seed Oil), Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Glycerine, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Parfum, L-Tyrosine, Beta Carotene, Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin.

This majority water-based formula has been developed to feel lightweight, fast absorbing and comfortable on the skin whilst helping to maintain hydration during tanning sessions.

The formula contains L-Tyrosine and Beta Carotene alongside moisturising ingredients to create a professional salon-quality tanning lotion.

Customisation Options

You may choose:

• Thin, medium or thick consistency

• Any fragrance

• Fragrance free option

• Different fragrance options across your three samples if required

You may also request a bespoke formulation containing up to three additional active ingredients from the following list:

• Niacinamide

• Aloe Vera

• Hyaluronic Acid

• Marine Algae

• Green Tea Extract

• Hemp Seed Oil

• Squalane

If there is a specific ingredient you would like that is not listed above, please contact us before ordering.

Important Information About Bespoke Formulas

If you proceed to a bulk production order using a fragrance that differs from our standard Almond, Coconut or Fragrance Free options, a one-off documentation fee of £160 will apply.

If you proceed with a custom formulation containing additional active ingredients, a one-off compliance fee of £599 will apply.

These fees are not charged for the sample pack itself.

The fees apply only when placing a bulk production order because the product becomes a new cosmetic formula requiring additional UK compliance documentation.

This documentation is produced in your business name and supplied in a compliance folder containing the relevant paperwork required for UK cosmetic sales.
