This package provides complete compliance setup for one cosmetic product, ensuring you have the required documentation and notification in place to launch professionally and with confidence.

What’s Included

Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR)
A legally required safety assessment carried out by a qualified safety assessor. This report evaluates the formulation, ingredients, toxicological profile and intended use of your product to confirm it is safe for cosmetic use. The CPSR is a mandatory document under UK cosmetic regulation and forms part of your Product Information File.

Full Product Information File (PIF)
A complete and professionally structured compliance file prepared in accordance with The UK Cosmetics Regulation (Retained Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009). The PIF contains all legally required documentation relating to your product, including safety data, formulation details, declarations and supporting evidence. You will receive this digitally and in a professionally presented physical folder to keep on site as required by law.

UK SCPN Submission
Before a cosmetic product can be placed on the GB market, it must be notified via the UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notification (SCPN) portal. We create and submit this notification on your behalf using your Responsible Person details. Following successful submission, you will receive official confirmation that your product has been notified and can legally be placed on the GB market.

Label Compliance Review and Ingredients List 
A detailed review of your product artwork to ensure all mandatory legal information is correctly displayed. This includes Responsible Person name and address, ingredient listing (INCI format), allergen declarations, nominal content, batch coding, period after opening or best before date, and country of origin where required. Written confirmation of review is provided for your records.

Claims Review and Guidance
An assessment of your marketing claims in line with UK cosmetic claims criteria and ASA guidance. We ensure your wording is appropriate, substantiated and compliant to reduce regulatory risk and avoid misleading claims.

Nano Material Declaration (if applicable)

A declaration in place to confirm you are not using Nano Materials in your products.

Cruelty Free Declaration Support

Structured documentation confirming the product and its ingredients comply with UK animal testing restrictions, suitable for inclusion within your PIF.

GMP Declaration
A declaration confirming the product has been manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), as required under UK cosmetic regulation.

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
Material Safety Data Sheets for relevant raw materials are collated and included within your Product Information File. These documents provide detailed safety, handling and hazard information for ingredients and support traceability and regulatory compliance.

Compliance Consultancy
Guidance throughout the process, including clear explanation of your responsibilities as the Responsible Person, what each document means, and how to remain compliant moving forward.

WhatsApp Support Line
You will receive a dedicated WhatsApp contact number for follow-up questions relating to your product compliance. This provides accessible, ongoing support as you move through your launch process.

Important Information

This package covers one cosmetic product (one formulation / one variant).

Additional variants using the same base formulation (for example different fragrances, colours or minor additives) are charged at £30 including VAT per variant.

Variants requiring a new CPSR or significant reformulation will be quoted separately.

The brand owner acts as the Responsible Person under UK Cosmetic Regulation. Final legal responsibility for the product rests with the Responsible Person.

All documentation is prepared based on information supplied by the client and manufacturer.
