This label printing package is designed specifically for 50 mm × 50 mm labels, perfectly sized to fit our 5 ml cuticle pens. It is intended for customers who already have their own artwork and require high-quality, professional label printing for cosmetic retail products.

LABEL MATERIAL & FINISH OPTIONS

You may choose from the following label finishes. Your selection must be added to the comments box at checkout.

Metallic foiled labels are available in a wide range of foil colours. These are produced on gloss stock only and create a premium, reflective finish suitable for luxury branding.

Gloss labels offer a smooth, shiny finish without metallic foil and are suitable for bold colours and high-contrast designs.

Matte labels offer a flat, non-shine finish with a modern, minimal appearance. Metallic foiling is not available on matte labels.

Clear labels with white backed ink are available to ensure colour vibrancy and brightness across all designs, preventing colours from appearing transparent once applied to the bottle.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

This package includes 300 printed labels, sized at 50 mm × 50 mm.

You may include up to two label designs within the same order, split across the 300 labels at no additional cost. This is ideal for customers producing two scent variations or product options under the same brand.

HOW IT WORKS

Place your order through this page and specify your chosen label material and finish in the comments box at checkout.

Once your order is placed, please email your print-ready artwork to info@witcheslab.co.uk.

We will review your artwork and contact you via WhatsApp if there are any issues before printing.

You will receive an approval email before your labels go to print.

Once artwork has been approved, the order will move into production.

PRINTING TECHNOLOGY & QUALITY

We use state-of-the-art digital printing technology to ensure exceptional quality and consistency across every order. Our labels are produced using HP Indigo 6900 presses and Xeikon digital printers, allowing for vibrant colours, fine detail and excellent durability across a wide range of label materials.

Our GMG colour management system ensures colour accuracy and consistency between print runs, making this service suitable for professional cosmetic brands and repeat orders.

ARTWORK SETUP & SIZING GUIDANCE (IMPORTANT)

All artwork must include a 3 mm bleed on all sides of the label design. This ensures accurate trimming and prevents any white edges once labels are cut.

Please note that 50 mm × 50 mm labels will leave a small gap at the back of the cuticle pen once applied. This is normal and expected for this label size and allows for neat alignment and easier application.

We strongly recommend cutting a 50 mm × 50 mm square piece of paper and wrapping it around your bottle before ordering to ensure you are happy with the label size and coverage.

Once labels have been printed, size and fit cannot be adjusted.

ARTWORK & COMPLIANCE

This service does not include graphic design. Customers must supply their own artwork.

As part of this service, we will scan supplied artwork to ensure it appears compliant with UK cosmetic labelling requirements. This is a compliance check only and does not include redesigning, reformatting or correcting branding.

If you are purchasing unlabelled products from us, you will find guidance under each product listing outlining the information required on your labels.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (IMPORTANT)

All artwork must be approved before printing. Once approval has been given, artwork cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded.

We do not offer refunds on printed labels.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork once approval has been given.
